THEALE, United Kingdom.—Aug. 30, 2011—NVIDIA has today reiterated the importance of purchasing from authorised NVIDIA GeForce board partners to ensure graphics cards have been manufactured using genuine NVIDIA GeForce GPUs.

“Resellers who do not purchase from authorised partners run the risk of putting substandard products in their customers’ hands. That can only lead to higher returns rate and damaged relationships with consumers,” said Fiona Faulkner, Senior Director of Sales for GeForce EMEAI. “Buying unauthorized components also opens resellers up to the danger of remarking, the process by which an inferior chip is sold in the guise of a higher-end part.”

NVIDIA’s authorized partners include ASUS, EVGA, Gainward, Gigabyte, Inno 3D, KFA2 (Galaxy), Leadtek, MSI, Palit, PNY, Point of View, Sparkle, and Zotac. For the full list please refer to http://www.nvidia.co.in/page/channel_partners.html.
